On February 2nd, Hudson Cybertec and Dutch drinking water company PWN, worked together on the cyber security awareness of the PWN employees. The sessions that were held are part of the total security awareness program of PWN.
Cyber security a serious matter
Drinking water company PWN takes cyber security very serious. The company values the regular education of its employees around the topic of security awareness. As part of the overarching security awareness program, Hudson Cybertec gave a security awareness training. Focus of the training was on creating awareness as well as on the cyber security risks that are lurking in the Operational Technology – the OT domain. Many examples of security risks that everyone recognizes were explained and participants were informed of the specific situations that occur in the OT domain.
Diversity of participants
Well over 50 PWN employees took part in the session. Participants came from various backgrounds, encompassing office employees (IT domain), employees from the process automation (OT domain), as well as senior management.
Successful session
The training session was very successful. All participants are fully focused again on cyber security. Both PWN and Hudson Cybertec look back at a very satisfactory security awareness session.
